The fonds consists of correspondence, photographs and negatives, newspaper clippings, and books that belonged to Emma Ellis, concerning her participation in the Expo-Africa programme by St. Andrew's United Church, Truro, NS. The photograph series also contains portraits of members of the Locke family, as well as unidentified individuals, taken in Nova Scotia and New England. Dominant record types include awards, certificates, Principal’s reports, addresses, and newspaper clippings, letters, newsletters, and records of the Alumni Association. The records provide information on some of the special events of the school, including Athletic Awards banquets, Honours banquets, convocation, commencement, Christmas concerts, Winter Carnival.
