Fonds consists of abstract books which were used to record deed searches performed by the firm. Within the books are notes, letters, maps, sketches, deeds, mortgage papers, and documents, such as abstract titles, related to the deed searches. Included in this fonds are letters related to the firm and several regarding to the men's positions on Yarmouth Town Council.

Also contained is a note book for services rendered, such as mortgages and deeds, 1906-1907, probably kept by Nelson while working as a legal clerk.
