The fonds contains 39 folders of documents that show the activities of the Zonta Club of Truro throughout its lifetime. Document types include booklets, certificates, ephemera, newspaper clippings, notes, reports, Craft Fair materials, yearbooks, newsletters, and ledgers. An order did not exist when the records arrived in the Archives, therefore arrangement was imposed by archivist. The material in this fonds was created by numerous photographers, many of whom are unidentified. Those identified include: Bob Brooks, Atlantic Photo Service, Reigh Poole, Gerald Leblanc, and Ken Oxner.
