File consists of images 233.3-6 depict the retaining wall beside/behind the property (properties?). The back of the apartment building can be seen in 233.5, and images 233.3 and 233.6 are views of the wall and neighbouring properties taken from across the street. Images 233.1, and 233.11-12 (the latter two likely from the end of one roll of film and then 233.1, the beginning of the next) appear to depict the inside of the Works Department office(s) and picture [building inspectors] Donald MacDonald, John MacDonald, and Lionel Alexander, amongst others.
