Biographical history
Arleen Lenore Spidle, the daughter of Charles Spidle and Rhea Wentzell, was born at Maplewood, Lunenburg County in 1907. She died at Mahone Bay in 1992.
Custodial history
Document (Acc. No. 06.05.01. A&B) was found in the Mahone Bay Museum’s backlog. It was originally acquired by the Museum in 2014.
Scope and content
Fonds consists of a letter (with pictorial envelope) from G.W. Mader offering Spidle a position in the kitchen at the Royal Hotel in Mahone Bay.
