Series forms part of Saint Mary's University Convocation Committee fonds and consists of correspondence, an index, and microfilmed photographs of the graduates at convocation. The 1987 negatives include the Spring Convocation only; all other years contain negatives for Spring and Fall Convocation. The index is an alphabetical list of graduates and their location on the relevant roll of microfilm.
